Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is

shipped, it cannot be canceled using our website.

Exchange Policy:

1. Exchange is available for selected products only. The exchange information is available on the

product page on the website. The exchange policy of a product can be changed without prior

notice.

2. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to exchange

an item, please note the following terms:

Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the original purchase date.

One-Time Exchange: Each purchase is eligible for a one-time exchange only. Subsequent

exchanges for the same purchase will not be permitted.

1. In case we do not have a pick-up service available at your location, you would have to selfship the product to our office address.

2. Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Note for Exchange:

The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original

tags will not be accepted.

Customized products cannot be exchanged.

Exchange requests that are not raised within the exchange period (Refer to the product page)

will not be accepted.
